Tulare Selects Passive Fixed Income Manager

The Tulare County County Employees’ Retirement System has approved the recommendation of BNY Mellon as a new passive fixed income manager.

An investment was made to the BNY Mellon DB SL Aggregate Bond Index Fund, a passive core fixed income strategy.

As of September 30, 2023, the $1.9 billion Retirement Fund allocates 17.6% with a target of 20% to fixed income.
