Schulte Hires Investment Management Partner from T. Rowe Price

Private capital specialty law firm Schulte Roth & Zabel has reunited with Jacob Preiserowicz, who rejoins the firm as an investment management partner in Washington, DC.

Preiserowicz returns to the firm after serving for six years as vice president and managing legal counsel at T. Rowe Price. Preiserowicz first joined the firm in 2012 as special counsel, before leaving in December 2018, per his LinkedIn account. He possesses deep background in Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulation, having previously worked as a special counsel in the CFTC’s division of swap dealer and intermediary oversight.

Co-chair of Schulte’s investment management regulatory and compliance group Kelly Koscuiszka said Preiserowicz’s addition will complement the firm’s investment management practice and enhance its ability to “help clients navigate complex regulatory environments.”
