FUNDRAISING NEWS | November 26, 2024
Natixis Investment Managers is engaged in early-stage discussions with Italian insurer Assicurazioni Generali regarding a potential asset management joint venture, London's Financial Times reported November 25, citing people familiar with the situation.
One of the unnamed sources said the talks may result in a new joint venture between the parties but added that neither Natixis nor Generali is looking to sell. All the sources cautioned that there is no guarantee that the talks will result in any agreement.
Natixis did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Dakota Marketplace as of the time of publication.
