RE Investor Asana Partners Aims for $1.5B Repeat with Fourth Fund

Asana Partners is looking to duplicate the success of its third value-add fund as it targets $1.5B for its recently launched Asana Partners Fund IV.

The retail real estate investment firm closed Asana Partners Fund III in 2022 with $1.5B in total capital commitments from institutional investors in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

For its fourth flagship fund, Asana Partners set the minimum investment amount at $10M. In a December 17 filing with the SEC, it also indicated that the sale of the fund is planned to take more than a year. The third fund was oversubscribed within six months.

According to its website, Asana Partners manages more than $7B of neighborhood assets. Its portfolio comprises properties with a combined leasable space of 10.6 million square feet across 25 cities and 69 neighborhoods.
