RBC Wealth Management has recently expanded its team by adding two financial advisory groups from Wells Fargo, who collectively managed nearly $801 million in client assets. Rob Salon and Pari Hashemi Magura, who were overseeing more than $455 million in assets at Wells Fargo, have joined RBC in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. They cited RBC's culture, accessibility to management, and organizational capacity as key factors in their decision to make the move.
Rob Salon has been in the financial industry since 1996, beginning his career at UBS. He later worked at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor, Smith Barney, for nearly eight years before joining Wells Fargo in 2012. Pari Hashemi Magura, who started his career at Morgan Stanley, also moved to Wells Fargo in 2012, where he worked alongside Salon.
In addition, Bernard Suissa, another advisor from Wells Fargo, has joined RBC Wealth Management in Tysons, Virginia. Suissa, who managed around $346 million in assets at Wells Fargo, specializes in wealth planning services for high-net-worth clients, including philanthropy and legacy planning. He has been a registered broker since 1994, starting at Merrill Lynch, then moving to Morgan Stanley through Smith Barney in 2007, before joining Wells Fargo in 2017.
