The Teachers’ Retirement System of Oklahoma opted to retain Arrowstreet as its international equity manager at its October 23 board meeting, according to recently published meeting materials.
Arrowstreet Capital will manage an international equity portfolio that is subject to possible restructuring by the board, and the management agreement is subject to final negotiation.
The Oklahoma TRS has an actual allocation of 17.8% to international equity against a target of 16.7%, and per Dakota data manages approximately $22B of assets.
