Napier Park Raises $65M at Launch of Senior CLO Equity Fund

Napier Park Global Capital reported raising $65M from two investors so far for a new senior collateralized loan obligation (CLO) equity fund.

In a December 17 filing with the SEC, the alternative asset management platform said it began selling Napier Park Enhanced Senior CLO Equity Fund on December 16 and expects the offering to last more than a year. 

The New York-based Napier Park, which offers alternative credit products to institutional investors, stated on its website that it has $21.8B of AUM. In addition to CLO management, the firm also has strategies focused on credit and real assets. It most recently launched Napier Park Value Credit Fund I, raising $42.6M from 32 investors as of that fund’s initial October 1 filing, with fundraising ongoing.
