Louisiana TRS Hires International Small Cap Manager

The Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana (TRSL) selected Wellington Management Company as the new international small cap manager.

Wellington will manage $300 million.

Driehaus Capital Management and LSV Asset Management were also considered for the position.

Investment consultant, Aon assisted with the selection.

As of May 31, 2024, the Retirement Fund was valued at $26.3 billion in managed assets.
