The Los Angeles Fire & Police Pension System has approved a one year contract extension with real estate consultant, Townsend.
The extension was approved at the November 3 board meeting and will go through to January 31, 2024.
As of June 30, 2022, the $28 billion Pension System has a 13.1% allocation to real estate. The investment policy targets 10% to real estate.
