Gramercy Funds Management said November 18 that it raised $760M in total at the final close of its Gramercy Capital Solutions Fund III.
The fundraising comprised $685M in pledges from limited partners and $75M in co-investments. The total amount reflected a 28% increase from the $592M raised at the June 2022 closing of the second fund in the series.
The third capital solutions fund will invest in US dollar-denominated loans. Gramercy said it has earmarked 75% of fund capital to investments in Latin America and the remaining 25% for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Including the latest fundraising, the $6B emerging markets investment manager has raised nearly $1.7B in total from its capital solutions strategy. Under the strategy, it has injected $5B across more than 100 investments to date.
