Foresight Group Raises £50M at First Close of Evergreen Fund

Foresight Group said November 20 that it raised £50M (~$63.2M) at the first close of its new UK-dedicated evergreen fund.

The fund, which will target small- and medium-sized companies in South West England, attracted cornerstone investment from Devon Pension Fund. The private equity and infrastructure investment manager, which operates out of offices in the UK and Ireland, said it will set up teams in Bristol and Exeter to support the deployment of the newly launched fund.
