Capital Dynamics Makes $1.1B Close on Latest Secondaries Fund

Swiss global asset manager Capital Dynamics collected approximately $1.1B in capital commitments on the final close of its Capital Dynamics Global Secondaries VI fund.

The sixth vintage fund pulled support from institutional investors and private wealth platforms across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia. Fund VI will build on its predecessors and continue to target smaller, complex secondaries, which the firm said allows for broad-based transaction capabilities on a diversified global portfolio.

To date, the fund is executing or has closed investments in 41 projects, for a total of approximately $875M in exposure.
