Baltimore Fire and Police Selects Real Estate Managers, Commits $45M

The Baltimore City Fire and Police Employees’ Retirement System approved the selection of three real estate managers, allocating $15M to each, per meeting minutes from its September 17 board meeting. 

Madison International Realty, Sculptor Capital Management, and Starwood Capital Management were selected to manage portions of the plan’s FY25 investment allocation to real estate. Each manager was awarded $15M for their investment plan. 

According to Dakota data, Baltimore Fire and Police manages approximately $3.5B in assets.
