Baird Expands Presence In Minnesota

Brad Spencer, a long-tenured financial advisor, has joined Baird from RBC Capital Markets. He will be based in Baird's Minnetonka, Minnesota, office, accompanied by his daughter, Client Assistant Jordan Spencer.

Spencer entered the financial services industry in 1987, initially registering as a broker with Dain Rauscher. He transitioned to RBC in 1998 and became a registered investment advisor in 2006. At RBC, Spencer managed over $206 million in assets. Spencer is also actively involved in his community, currently serving as a council member for the City of Independence. His move to Baird enhances the firm's presence in Minnesota, where it also has offices in St. Paul, Edina, and Rochester.
