4Point Wealth Management, a Davidson, North Carolina-based team, has joined LPL Financial from Wells Fargo. The team, which reported managing approximately $375 million in assets, joins LPL's Strategic Wealth Services unit, catering to wire house breakaways.
Founded in 2006, 4Point Wealth Management became independent in 2021 and focuses on helping clients achieve financial independence through comprehensive retirement planning, asset allocation, and goals-based financial planning. The team includes financial advisors Christina McConnell, Laura Long, and Jay Tillman, along with Client Services Manager Randi Derene.
McConnell began her career in 1997 with Wachovia Securities, while Long joined the industry in 2008 and moved to Wells Fargo in 2009. Tillman started his career with Wells Fargo in 2007. The team’s decision to move to LPL was driven by their desire for greater autonomy and the freedom to expand their business on their terms.
