Khizar Hayat joined Dakota in March 2025 as Chief Data Officer, bringing a wealth of expertise in data management and strategy. Prior to Dakota, he served as Vice President of Data Management and Strategy at Octus, where he played a key role in optimizing data infrastructure and scaled data ops to drive growth

Khizar holds an MBA from IIUI Business School in Pakistan.

Outside of work, he enjoys watching his kids play soccer and staying active at the gym.
