Jerry Kling

Vice Chairman

Jerry Kling joined the Dakota team in January 2023 as our Vice Chairman working closely on the Investment Sales team. Prior, he was the Co-Founder and Managing Director of CBRE Clarion Real Assets Securities.

Jerry is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has a Bachelors of Economics from the Wharton School.

In the 80’s, Jerry was an investment banker in NYC!
