Helen Bascom

Customer Success Manager - API & Integrations

Helen Bascom joined Dakota in July 2023 as a Marketing Associate and now works as a Customer Success Manager for Dakota's API & Integrations. Prior to joining Dakota, she gained experience as an intern at a small startup focusing on digital marketing.

Helen graduated from Villanova University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, concentrating in Public Relations and Advertising, and a minor in Art History. She also spent a semester abroad in Barcelona, studying global journalism, communications, and Spanish.

Outside of the office, Helen enjoys playing tennis, traveling, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family.
