Middle-market software private equity firm Rubicon Technology Partners announced the closing of a $500M single-asset continuation fund, extending its investment in cloud-based inventory software company Cin7.
CVC Secondary Partners served as lead investor, with other institutional investors including funds managed by Ares Management, BlackRock, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and Schroders Capital. Cin7 optimizes supply chain operations, enabling businesses to scale efficiently.
Evercore acted as financial advisor and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP served as legal counsel to Rubicon.
