Technology and business services investor Integrum Capital Partners has filed to launch its second flagship fund, following on from its predecessor fund which raised $1.1B at final close in May 2023.
New York-based Integrum did not disclose a target size for the new fund, which like its predecessor is expected to invest in financial and business services companies. According to its website, Integrum's portfolio includes USI Insurance Services, Evertree Insurance, Strategic Risk Solutions and Program Productions.
The fund has not yet made its first sale, according to the filing, but Integrum has enlisted several firms to assist in the sales and marketing effort. Shannon Advisors will assist efforts in eight US states and abroad, while Brooklands Capital Strategies will assist across the US and outside of the country. UK-based Alvine Capital and Singapore-based Thrive Alternative Capitals Advisory are assisting with the sale of the fund outside the US.
Shannon and Alvine also assisted in marketing the fund's predecessor inaugural fund, which secured investments from pension funds, wealth managers, insurance companies, consultants, family offices, foundations and funds of funds.
