Integrated Partners announced that San Diego-based wealth management firm RetirementDNA has joined its network, adding $1B in AUM and marking a significant expansion in both firms’ capabilities in the private wealth space.
RetirementDNA was founded in 2004, providing retirement plan financial advisory services, employee financial wellness education services, and private wealth management. According to its LinkedIn profile, the firm serves over 250 companies in various stages, the most notable of which is BioCom California.
This partnership bolsters RetirementDNA’s capabilities in serving C-suite clients that require institutional-grade advisory services. In return, the firm expands its access to corporate-sponsored retirement plans in support of Integrated Partners’ advisors, giving them the ability to offer clients a full range of services, including highly regarded “Platinum” or “Premier” 401(k) plans offered by top recordkeepers.
Integrated Partners continues to strengthen its wealth management offerings through recruiting firms. The deal with RetirementDNA closely follows that of Boston-based Generation Capital Advisors (GCA), as reported by Dakota on November 14. The firm claims over $20B in AUA and as of its January 2 Form ADV filing reports $13.5B in regulatory assets under management.
