Chicago-based private markets investment manager Adams Street Partners said it secured more than $1.2B in total commitments on the final close of its Venture Innovation Fund IV Program.
In an October 14 press release, Adams Street said the Fund IV Program, which consists of Venture Innovation Fund IV, Leaders Fund II, and Adams Street Venture Select Fund 2023, was oversubscribed by a diversified investor base from three continents. The fund also marked a 40% increase in investments than its predecessor Fund III, which closed in 2021.
To date, Adams Street oversees $60B in assets, with investments in over 30 countries across five continents.
