Kohlberg has agreed to sell ENTRUST Solutions Group to Leidos for approximately $2.4 billion, marking a successful exit following its 2019 acquisition and a minority recapitalization in 2023. Kinderhook Industries has closed a single-asset continuation vehicle for Ecowaste Solutions, a newly formed waste services platform created through the combination of Live Oak Environmental and CARDS Recycling. AE Industrial Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling interest in L3Harris’ Space Propulsion and Power Systems business, which will be rebranded as Rocketdyne, while L3Harris retains a significant minority stake.
