The deal, expected to close in the second half of 2026, will integrate Webster into Santander's U.S. operations, with Webster CEO John Ciulla leading the combined bank as CEO of Santander Bank NA.

As part of the deal, TPG made a $500 million minority equity investment in Jackson (~6.5% stake), and Jackson received approximately 2.3 million shares of TPG Class A common stock.

7. Vestwell - Series E

The financing will support Vestwell's expansion of its savings infrastructure platform, which currently serves more than 2 million active savers and administers over $50 billion in assets.

8. Aditya Birla Housing Finance - Minority

PennyMac agreed to acquire the subservicing business of Cenlar Capital Corporation in an all-cash transaction for $172.5 million upfront plus up to $85 million in contingent consideration over three years, adding up to $740 billion in UPB and 2 million loans to bring PennyMac's total servicing portfolio to over $1 trillion. The deal, expected to close in the second half of 2026, will position PennyMac as the second largest mortgage servicer overall and one of the largest subservicers in the U.S.

10. Yendo - Asset-Based Lending (ABL)

The warehouse facility will support Yendo's expansion of its vehicle-secured credit card, which uses proprietary AI to offer consumers credit limits averaging eight times higher than traditional unsecured products at prime-like rates.
