The divested business — which generated roughly $1.2 billion in revenue over the last four quarters and includes two manufacturing facilities and local brands La Paulina, Ricrem, and Molfino — is expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2027, with proceeds directed toward share repurchases and reinvestment in higher-growth platforms.
