Allison Transmission completed its $2.7 billion acquisition of Dana Incorporated’s Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems business, significantly expanding its product portfolio and global reach in commercial and industrial mobility solutions. The deal positions Allison as a broader provider of powertrain and motion technologies, supporting growth across off-highway, industrial, and commercial applications.
ANTA Sports agreed to acquire a 29.06% stake in PUMA from Groupe Artémis for €1.5 billion in cash, making ANTA the largest shareholder of the global sportswear brand. The transaction supports ANTA Sports’ globalization and multi-brand strategy, pairing its strength in China and emerging markets with PUMA’s global brand, sports categories, and international footprint.
Eaton completed its $1.55 billion acquisition of Ultra PCS Limited, strengthening its aerospace and defense portfolio with advanced safety- and mission-critical systems. The deal expands Eaton’s capabilities across next-generation military and commercial aircraft, adding Ultra PCS’s high-margin electronic controls, sensing, ejection, and data processing solutions to support long-term growth in fast-growing aerospace markets.
Allwyn completed its acquisition of a 62.3% majority stake in PrizePicks for $1.533 billion, significantly expanding its footprint in the fast-growing North American daily fantasy sports and prediction markets space. The transaction strengthens Allwyn’s U.S. presence and adds a high-growth, technology-driven sports entertainment platform to its global gaming portfolio.
Authentic Brands Group and Guess? co-founders Maurice and Paul Marciano completed the transaction to take Guess? private, valuing the company at approximately $1.4 billion. Under the new structure, Authentic owns 51% of Guess? intellectual property, while the Marciano-led rolling shareholders own the remaining 49%, and current Guess? management retains 100% ownership of the operating company, ensuring continuity as the brand enters its next growth phase.
Boyd Group Services Inc. completed its acquisition of Joe Hudson’s Collision Center on January 9, 2026, in a transaction valued at approximately $1.3 billion. The deal adds 258 locations across the U.S. Southeast, increasing Boyd’s North American footprint by 25% to 1,301 locations and further solidifying its position as a leading consolidator in the highly fragmented collision repair industry. The acquisition is expected to deliver meaningful cost synergies, enhance regional density, and support Boyd’s long-term growth and profitability objectives.
Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp. completed the sale of a 60% stake in its Topgolf and Toptracer businesses to private equity funds managed by Leonard Green & Partners, valuing Topgolf at approximately $1.1 billion. The transaction generated about $800 million in net cash proceeds, enabled the repayment of $1 billion in term loan debt, and significantly strengthened the company’s balance sheet. Following the deal, Topgolf Callaway Brands retained a 40% ownership stake in Topgolf, authorized a new $200 million share repurchase program, and announced plans to revert its corporate name to Callaway Golf Company and change its NYSE ticker to “CALY.”
Ahold Delhaize USA announced a $475 million strategic investment from Blackstone Credit & Insurance through a triple-net lease structure to fund construction of a highly automated grocery distribution center in Burlington, North Carolina. Blackstone will own and fully fund the facility, which Ahold Delhaize USA will lease long term with a future purchase option, supporting an $860 million project set to begin construction in 2026 and operations in 2029.
KKR provided approximately €300 million in whole-loan financing to Tristan Capital Partners’ EPISO 6 fund to support its acquisition of the easyHotel platform and fund future expansion across Europe. The financing backs Tristan’s €400+ million purchase of the pan-European budget hotel operator and will be used to accelerate growth, new developments, and capital investment across easyHotel’s portfolio.
QuinStreet has closed its acquisition of HomeBuddy for $115 million in cash at closing plus $75 million in post-closing payments over four years, and entered into a new $150 million revolving credit facility to support the transaction. The deal strengthens QuinStreet’s Modernize Home Services platform and is expected to be accretive to adjusted EBITDA and EPS, adding at least $30 million in adjusted EBITDA in the first year post-close.
