Texas Municipal Commits $925 to Alternatives

The Texas Municipal Retirement System has disclosed eight new alternative investments totaling up to $925 million.

$150 million was committed to the private credit fund, Arrow Credit Opportunities II USD Feeder fund. 

$150 million was committed to Excelsior Renewable Energy Feeder Fund II-B, an infrastructure fund. 

In private equity, $150 million was committed to Pearl Energy Investments III. $150 million was committed to the Bain Capital Insurance Fund. $75 million was committed to Public Pension Capital. $100 million was committed to buyout fund, Parthenon Investors VII. $75 million was committed to Gemspring Capital Fund III. Lastly, $75 million was committed to Arcline Capital Partners III.
