PA PSERS Commits $720M to Private Markets

An August 16 news release from the Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement has disclosed an approximate total of $720 million in commitments to private credit, private equity, and private infrastructure across five funds. 

$175 million was allocated to private credit fund ACORE Opportunistic Credit II. 

Two commitments were made to private equity funds including a $100 million allocation to Summit Partners Growth Equity Fund XII-A and $125 million was allocated to LLR Equity Partners VII.

Two commitments were made to private infrastructure, including a $100 million allocation to Peppertree Capital Fund X. 

Lastly, €200 million (approximately $216.5 million) was allocated to the international private infrastructure fund Blackstone Infrastructure Partners Europe (CYM) L.P.

As of March 31, the Pennsylvania PSERS has $76.5 million in total net assets.
