The New York State Common Retirement Fund has disclosed up to $1.7 billion in new commitments to alternative investments.
$250 million was committed to the private equity fund, Genstar Capital Partners XI. $350 million was committed to the private credit fund, LCM Partners CO IX. €250 million was committed to Blantyre Special Situations Fund III. In addition, €250 was committed to Madison Square Fund III, a fund-of-one co-investment vehicle to Blantyre Special Situations Fund III. $200 million was committed to the infrastructure fund, Northleaf Infrastructure Capital Partners IV. And $300 million was committed to Brookfield Infrastructure V.
Within the emerging manager program, $15 million was committed to Standard Real Estate Investments Industrial I. In addition, $15 million was committed to venture capital funds, Alpaca VC Fund III & Alpaca Built World Fund I.
