London-based asset manager InfraRed Capital Partners hit its target amount of $1B, including affiliated co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, for the final close of its sixth flagship value-add infrastructure fund.
InfraRed Infrastructure Fund VI targets investments in mid-market infrastructure companies and projects across the North American and Western European regions, and has deployed 80% of its raised capital in seven companies within the transport, digital, and energy transition sectors: Hullo, Jolt Energy, LiveOak Fiber, nexspace, Public Safety Towers Company, Voltan Energy, and Wondrwall. The firm said investments under its value-add strategy are at “varying degrees of maturity,” with the majority seeing revenue generation and increased valuations.
InfraRed oversees $13B in equity under management and has made over 300 infrastructure investments, 70 of which have been realized.
