Chief Administrative Officer
Tracy Rogers joined the Dakota team in 2007 as a Director of Client Service, and was promoted to our Chief Administrative Officer in 2012. She leads the client service effort for the Investment Sales team which includes interfacing with our Investment Partners on a daily basis, responding to client inquiries, completing RFPs, and managing all Investment Sales Webinars. She also leads our OnBoarding Training and Mentorship Programs for all new Dakota employees and runs our Summer Internship Program. Additionally, Tracy serves as compliance support for our RIA, Dakota Investments.
Prior to joining Dakota, Tracy was the Director of Client Services for Penn Square Real Estate Group and an Annuity and New Business Underwriter for Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America. She graduated from Gettysburg College with her Bachelor's in Business Management.
A fun fact about Tracy is that she loves playing tennis. She's been playing since she was 5, and up through college where she was team captain. She continues to enjoy playing competitively today. Tracy also sits on the Board of WIN, Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia.
