SentinelOne purchased Prompt Security to strengthen AI runtime protection, and HTEC Group expanded into Latin America with Cognits. Brazil’s Fu2re raised $2.3M for AI-powered energy asset monitoring, Joinable Labs emerged from stealth with $2M for rapid AI deployment, and Glassbox received a minority investment from Poalim Equity. BrainCo is seeking $100M pre-IPO funding at a $1.3B valuation, while Upwind launched the first Cloud Application Detection and Response platform following its Nyx Technologies acquisition.

Sports, Media & Entertainment

The Pro Volleyball Federation and Major League Volleyball will merge into a unified MLV league, launching January 2026 with eight teams and a $325M+ valuation. Salem Media Group acquired Jim Fink’s investment advisory products; Largo.ai bought market research firm QuMind to bolster AI-driven audience simulation. GameRamp secured $5.4M pre-seed funding from BITKRAFT to develop monetization and capital access tools for game developers. Resilience Media attracted undisclosed NATO-allied investment to expand defence and resilience tech coverage. Sports consolidation and AI-enhanced content platforms are driving strategic plays in niche professional leagues and digital engagement businesses.

Healthcare

CVC may sell its 22.5% stake in Indonesia’s Soho Global Health for ~$650M. VieCure partnered with Summit Cancer Centers to deploy its Halo oncology intelligence platform. Cerebral acquired Resilience Lab to integrate psychiatry and therapy services for commercial insurers. PAM Health bought a 36-bed rehab hospital in Florida, while Alcon agreed to acquire Staar Surgical for $1.5B, its largest deal since spinning off from Novartis. Macquarie seeks a 40% stake in Portugal’s Luz Saude (> $1.2B valuation). China’s METiS raised $55.7M for techbio expansion, and Ally Bridge invested in Mission Bio to accelerate adoption of its Tapestri cancer platform.

Financials

RIA consolidation continued with First Manhattan acquiring Roanoke Asset Management, Wealth Enhancement buying Manwaring Wealth, Arax acquiring Summit Wealth Strategies, and Savant Wealth taking over Parkworth Wealth Management. Nedbank will sell its 21.2% stake in Ecobank after 17 years. Delta Capita acquired DTCC’s Report Hub to expand regulatory reporting solutions, and EMS purchased omnichannel payments provider Paysley. Uzum, Uzbekistan’s first unicorn, raised ~$70M at a $1.5B valuation from Tencent and VR Capital. TNG Digital hit unicorn status and eyes IPO; MEXC Ventures invested in Indonesian crypto exchange Triv. Alaan raised $48M, Grasshopper Bank $46.6M, and NG.CASH $26.5M.

Professional Services

Blackstone plans a $3.4B take-private of TechnoPro. Francisco Partners will acquire Elite from TPG and Thomson Reuters, expanding legal industry software reach. Ryan acquired UK property tax specialist LHL Property Auditors; Hueman People Solutions bought Empower Partnerships to expand RPO offerings. JMI Equity invested $355M in First Due’s public safety platform. CapitalG led a $100M Series C in Clay (valued at $3.1B), Insight Partners invested $43.5M in Lyric’s AI supply chain tech, and Vocap Partners led $20M into ketteQ. TurboHire raised $6M to scale AI hiring, while Saudi AI startup DEEP.SA secured $1.2M for government-focused solutions.

Consumer & Retail

Generous Brands acquired kombucha maker Health-Ade, forming a nearly $1B premium beverage portfolio. Auction Technology Group bought vintage and home furnishings marketplace Chairish for $85M. Palliser Capital is pressing Tripadvisor to explore a sale, arguing Viator could be worth $2.5B standalone. Journey raised $7.7M for its AI hotel loyalty platform, Rich Products Ventures invested $5M in Doughlicious to build US production, and Fraganote secured $1M to expand luxury fragrance offerings. Northeast Grocery, parent of Price Chopper and Tops, is considering a sale potentially exceeding $1B. Consumer M&A shows heightened interest in premium brands and experiential retail.

Infrastructure

New Mountain Capital is exploring a $1B continuation fund for Azuria Water Solutions. Dayton International Airport secured $78.8M in Ohio state funding for upgrades and land development. Brookfield will invest $6B for a 19.7% stake in Duke Energy Florida, with proceeds split between capital projects and debt reduction. Warburg and SC Capital are in talks to buy Global Switch for $6B–$7B, while CRH will acquire Eco Material Technologies for $2.1B. TELUS sold a 49.9% stake in Terrion towers to La Caisse for $914M, creating Canada’s largest tower operator.

Energy

Brookfield’s $6B investment in Duke Energy Florida aligns with its Super-Core Infrastructure strategy. Presidio will merge with SPAC EQV Ventures in a $660M deal. Fortistar’s Epic Star Energy acquired renewables from Pacific Current, while Iberdrola seeks a buyer for 49% of its 1 GW Proyecto Julieta solar portfolio (> $1B valuation). Petronas aims to sell its Brazil oil field stake for $1B. HydrogenXT secured $900M for hydrogen production and distribution, Wattch raised $6M for solar and battery monitoring, and CFEX received new investment for automated clean energy settlement technology.

Industrials & Materials

KKR raised its bid for Spectris to £4.2B, slightly above Advent’s offer. Zebra Technologies will buy Elo Touch Solutions for $1.3B. Destinus will acquire AI flight tech firm Daedalean for $223M, SYSPRO bought DATASCOPE, and UES entered Indiana via GME Testing acquisition. Other deals included Rainier Partners’ SCI Flooring acquiring Flooring Partners, Barnes Aerospace buying ATI’s East Hartford Ops, and Provest Equity Partners acquiring Advanced Process Solutions. Celera Semiconductor raised $20M from Maverick Silicon, Jeh Aerospace secured $11M, SG Enviro received $6.2M for wastewater tech, and Boxy raised $1.5M for AI-powered logistics.

Real Estate

CICT will acquire the remaining stake in Singapore’s CapitaSpring office tower for $815M. Boxabl will go public via SPAC at a $3.5B valuation. Centuria Capital bought the Port Adelaide Distribution Center for $139.5M and plans a new industrial fund. Viking Partners and Decker Capital purchased $50.4M in Florida industrial parks. Varma invested in eQ’s €1.7B Community Properties Fund. Regional Health and SunLink merged, Brennan Investment Group bought an Illinois industrial site, Hamilton Zanze sold a Virginia apartment complex, and Marc Bell Capital bought a Miami office property. Snappt acquired Trigo to expand rental fraud prevention tools.
