1. Intel - Minority Investment
NVIDIA announced a $5 billion minority investment in Intel, purchasing common stock at $23.28 per share, pending regulatory approvals. The partnership will support joint development of AI infrastructure and personal computing products, combining Intel’s chipmaking capabilities with NVIDIA’s leadership in accelerated computing. The deal highlights deepening collaboration between two semiconductor giants as demand for AI-driven computing surges.
2. Inigo Limited - Strategic Acquisition
Radian Group (NYSE: RDN) will acquire Inigo Limited, a fast-growing Lloyd’s specialty insurer, in a $1.7 billion primarily cash transaction. The deal transforms Radian from a U.S. mortgage insurer into a global multi-line specialty insurer, doubling annual revenue and delivering significant EPS and ROE accretion in its first full year. Inigo’s leadership team will remain in place, bringing strong underwriting expertise and complementary specialty insurance capabilities to Radian’s expanded platform.
3. Paramount Group - Strategic Acquisition
Rithm Capital (NYSE: RITM) agreed to acquire Paramount Group (NYSE: PGRE), a Class A office REIT with 13.1 million square feet across New York City and San Francisco, in a $1.6 billion all-cash deal. Paramount shareholders will receive $6.60 per share, and the transaction expands Rithm’s commercial real estate and asset management platform with a high-quality portfolio in two of the nation’s top office markets. The acquisition underscores Rithm’s conviction in the recovery of office fundamentals and its strategy to scale its owner-operator model.
4. Sana - Strategic Acquisition
Workday (NASDAQ: WDAY) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Sana, an AI company specializing in enterprise knowledge, search, and learning tools, in a $1.1 billion deal. The acquisition will integrate Sana’s AI-powered agents and learning platform with Workday’s data and applications, creating a new “front door for work” that delivers proactive, personalized, and intelligent employee experiences. Sana will continue to develop its core products while scaling innovation to Workday’s 75 million users worldwide.
5. Sunroad Enterprises- Real Estate
JLL Capital Markets arranged a $1.1 billion venture between Sunroad Enterprises and Fairfield for a 15-property, 3,830-unit multifamily portfolio across six states. The deal included $415 million in Freddie Mac financing for 10 assets and $250 million from KKR-managed accounts, supporting a mix of Class A core and value-add communities. The transaction highlights continued liquidity and demand in the U.S. multi-housing sector despite broader economic headwinds.
6. Oxford Ionics - Strategic Acquisition
IonQ (NYSE: IONQ) completed the acquisition of Oxford Ionics, a UK-based quantum computing company, to accelerate its roadmap toward scalable, fault-tolerant quantum systems. The deal brings Oxford Ionics’ patented trapped ion technology and team of scientists under IonQ’s platform, strengthening its hardware and software stack while establishing a UK base for research and partnerships. The acquisition positions IonQ to expand globally and advance the commercialization of practical quantum computing solutions.
Atlassian (NASDAQ: TEAM) announced a $1 billion acquisition of DX, a leader in engineering intelligence, to enhance its AI-powered collaboration and productivity suite. The deal will integrate DX’s developer productivity and benchmarking capabilities into Atlassian’s System of Work – including Jira, Bitbucket, and Rovo Dev – giving enterprises deeper insights into how AI impacts engineering efficiency. With DX’s data-driven platform, Atlassian aims to help its 300,000+ customers measure returns on AI investments and accelerate developer performance at scale.
Figure raised over $1 billion in Series C financing at a $39 billion post-money valuation to accelerate the commercialization of its humanoid robots. The round was led by Parkway Venture Capital with participation from Brookfield, NVIDIA, Intel, Salesforce, T-Mobile Ventures, Qualcomm, and others. Proceeds will scale manufacturing, expand deployments, and advance Figure’s AI platform Helix, positioning the company as a leader in embodied intelligence.
Blackstone Energy Transition Partners will acquire Hill Top Energy Center, a 620-megawatt natural gas power plant in Western Pennsylvania, from Ardian in a deal valued at nearly $1 billion. Completed in 2021, Hill Top is one of the most efficient combined cycle gas turbine plants in the U.S. and will play a strategic role in meeting rising power demand from AI-driven data center growth in the PJM market. The acquisition builds on Blackstone’s broader $25 billion commitment to Pennsylvania’s energy and digital infrastructure announced earlier this year.
I Squared Capital agreed to acquire a majority stake in ENTEK Technology Holdings, a leading global battery separator manufacturer, in an $800 million secondary buyout. The investment, alongside a $1.3 billion U.S. Department of Energy loan, will fund construction of a gigafactory in Terre Haute, Indiana—the first U.S. facility producing wet-process lithium-ion battery separators for EVs, energy storage, and defense. The project is expected to create over 1,300 jobs and position ENTEK as the only scaled, U.S.-based supplier in this critical segment.
