1. Aligned Data Centers - Secondary Buyout
A consortium composed of the Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership (AIP), MGX, and BlackRock’s Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) will acquire 100% of Aligned Data Centers from Macquarie Asset Management in a deal valuing the company at roughly $40 billion. The transaction marks AIP’s first investment and aims to accelerate the growth of sustainable, large-scale digital infrastructure to support rising global demand for AI and cloud computing.
2. Press Ganey - Strategic Acquisition
Qualtrics announced it will invest $6.75 billion to acquire Press Ganey Forsta, creating the most comprehensive AI-powered platform for experience management across healthcare, customer, and employee engagement. The deal combines Qualtrics’ advanced AI capabilities with Press Ganey Forsta’s deep healthcare expertise and data analytics to help organizations drive measurable outcomes, improve trust and safety, and deliver better human experiences across industries.
3. Bending Spoons - Structured Credit
Bending Spoons announced plans to acquire AOL, supported by a $2.8 billion debt financing package to fund the transaction and future acquisitions. The financing includes Term Loan A and B facilities and an expanded revolving credit line backed by major global banks such as J.P. Morgan, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, and HSBC, underscoring strong institutional confidence in Bending Spoons’ growth and M&A strategy.
4. Jamf Holding Corp - Take-Private / Public-to-Private
Francisco Partners will acquire Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF) in an all-cash deal valued at approximately $2.2 billion, paying $13.05 per share, a 50% premium over Jamf’s 90-day average price. The transaction will take Jamf private, providing greater flexibility to accelerate innovation and growth in Apple device management, while maintaining its Minneapolis headquarters and continuing operations under the Jamf name.
Poolside, an Nvidia-backed AI startup, and CoreWeave announced plans to develop Project Horizon, a massive self-powered data center complex in West Texas spanning 568 acres and delivering up to 2 GW of capacity across eight phases. CoreWeave will anchor the project’s first 250 MW phase, providing over 40,000 Nvidia GPUs, while leveraging on-site gas infrastructure to generate power—positioning the venture as a vertically integrated solution to the growing energy and compute demands of AI infrastructure.
6. Securiti - Strategic Acquisition
Veeam Software announced it will acquire Securiti AI for $1.725 billion, uniting data resilience with data security posture management (DSPM), privacy, governance, and AI trust under a single platform. The acquisition enables enterprises to securely manage, recover, and leverage their entire data estate for AI, addressing rising cybersecurity risks and compliance demands while empowering organizations to harness trusted data for innovation at scale.
7. Elo Touch solutions - Add-On / Bolt-On Acquisition
Zebra Technologies (NASDAQ: ZBRA) has completed its acquisition of Elo Touch Solutions, a leading provider of touchscreen and self-service technologies, in a deal that expands Zebra’s addressable market by approximately $8 billion. The combination enhances Zebra’s ability to deliver intelligent, connected frontline experiences across retail, hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing by integrating Elo’s industry-leading POS, kiosk, and digital display solutions with Zebra’s automation and workflow technologies.
8. Gtreasury - Strategic Acquisition
Ripple announced the $1 billion acquisition of GTreasury, a global leader in treasury management systems, marking its entry into the multi-trillion-dollar corporate treasury market. The deal combines Ripple’s digital asset infrastructure with GTreasury’s decades of treasury and risk management expertise, enabling enterprises to move, manage, and optimize liquidity in real time while unlocking idle capital and accelerating instant, cross-border payments.
9. PSI Software SE - Take-Private
Warburg Pincus announced plans to acquire PSI Software SE through a voluntary public takeover offer of €45.00 per share, valuing the company at approximately €702 million and representing an 84% premium to PSI’s pre-announcement share price. The partnership will accelerate PSI’s global expansion and transformation into a leading SaaS, cloud-native, and Industrial AI software provider, with Warburg Pincus providing strategic, financial, and operational support to strengthen PSI’s position in energy and industrial software markets.
10. RPMGlobal Holdings - Strategic Acquisition
Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) announced an agreement to acquire RPMGlobal Holdings Limited (ASX: RUL), a Brisbane-based provider of mining software solutions, further expanding its technology capabilities across the mining value chain. The acquisition will integrate RPMGlobal’s data-driven asset, fleet, and operations management software with Caterpillar’s existing digital and autonomous mining solutions, enhancing efficiency and productivity for global mining customers; the deal is expected to close in Q1 2026, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals.
