1. Filtration Group - Strategic Acquisition
Parker Hannifin Corporation has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Filtration Group Corporation for $9.25 billion, aiming to significantly expand its industrial filtration and aftermarket business. The acquisition, expected to close within six to twelve months, will enhance Parker’s global capabilities with Filtration Group’s strong aftermarket presence, high-margin products, and projected 2025 sales of $2 billion.
2. Husky Technologies - Merger
CompoSecure has announced a business combination with Husky Technologies, valuing the combined enterprise at approximately $7.4 billion. Husky will operate as a standalone entity under its current leadership, with both companies aiming to drive long-term growth, innovation, and value creation. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
EQT Future has agreed to acquire a majority stake in DESOTEC, a leading provider of circular mobile filtration solutions, from Blackstone, which will remain a minority investor. DESOTEC’s “Filtration-as-a-Service” model offers recurring revenue and environmental benefits by helping industrial clients remove pollutants from air, water, and soil. EQT plans to support the company’s continued European growth and accelerate its expansion in the early-stage North American market.
4. Novaria Group - Secondary Buyout
Arcline Investment Management has agreed to acquire aerospace components supplier Novaria Group from KKR in a $2.2 billion deal. Since KKR’s investment in 2020, Novaria has tripled in size through 13 acquisitions and now serves over 3,000 customers globally. All 1,600+ employees will receive cash payouts upon closing, reflecting KKR’s employee ownership strategy and the company’s strong operational growth.
5. Power Solutions - Strategic Acquisition
Dycom Industries has agreed to acquire Power Solutions for $1.95 billion, significantly expanding its presence in the fast-growing data center infrastructure sector. Power Solutions, a leading Mid-Atlantic electrical contractor with over 2,800 skilled employees, will continue operating under its brand and leadership. The deal is expected to be immediately accretive to Dycom’s earnings and free cash flow, while positioning the combined company for long-term growth through enhanced digital infrastructure capabilities.
6. Asahi Tec/Trimas - Carve-Out / Divestiture
TriMas has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Aerospace segment to an affiliate of Tinicum L.P. for $1.45 billion in an all-cash deal, with Blackstone participating as a minority investor. The sale, valued at approximately 18x LTM Q3 2025 adjusted EBITDA, will allow TriMas to focus on its high-margin packaging business and pursue strategic acquisitions and growth opportunities. The transaction is expected to close by the end of Q1 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
7. OmniMax International - Strategic Acquisition
Gibraltar Industries has agreed to acquire OmniMax International for $1.335 billion in cash, significantly enhancing its position in the residential building products sector. The deal is expected to be immediately accretive to EBITDA margin and cash flow, with $35 million in cost synergies and $100 million in cash tax benefits bringing the effective adjusted EBITDA multiple to 8.4x. Upon closing in the first half of 2026, OmniMax will strengthen Gibraltar’s portfolio and drive growth in its most profitable segment.
8. Purge Rite - Strategic Acquisition
Vertiv has announced plans to acquire PurgeRite for approximately $1.0 billion in cash, with up to $250 million in additional earn-out payments, to expand its liquid cooling services portfolio for high-density and AI-driven data centers. The acquisition strengthens Vertiv’s leadership in next-generation thermal chain services, enhancing its capabilities in fluid management critical to data center performance and uptime. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
9. Pearce Services - Carve-Out / Divestiture
CBRE Group has acquired Pearce Services for approximately $1.2 billion in cash, with a potential $115 million earn-out, expanding its capabilities in digital and power infrastructure. Pearce, a leading provider of engineering and maintenance services for critical infrastructure, will operate within CBRE’s Building Operations & Experience segment and is expected to be immediately accretive to core earnings. The acquisition strengthens CBRE’s position in high-growth sectors like data centers, renewable energy, and EV charging, with Pearce projected to generate over $660 million in revenue and $90 million in EBITDA in 2026.
10. Green Dot Corporation - Take-Private / Public-to-Private
Green Dot Corp. announced two coordinated transactions in which Smith Ventures will acquire and privatize its non-bank fintech operations, while CommerceOne Financial will acquire Green Dot Bank to form a new publicly traded bank holding company. Green Dot shareholders will receive cash plus stock in the new bank entity, while a long-term commercial agreement keeps CommerceOne as the exclusive issuing bank for the newly independent fintech. Together, the deals aim to streamline the fintech business, strengthen the combined banking platform, and unlock growth opportunities for both companies.
