1. EchoStar AWS-3 Spectrum License - Asset Purchase
EchoStar has amended its agreement with SpaceX to sell its nationwide unpaired AWS-3 spectrum licenses for roughly $2.6 billion in SpaceX stock, advancing the companies’ collaboration on next-generation direct-to-cell services. The deal combines EchoStar’s AWS-3, AWS-4, and H-block spectrum with SpaceX’s launch and satellite capabilities to accelerate global mobile connectivity, with closing contingent on regulatory approvals.
Suno has raised $250 million in Series C funding at a $2.45 billion valuation, marking one of the largest financings to date in AI-driven music creation. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from NVentures (NVIDIA), Hallwood Media, Lightspeed, and Matrix. The company plans to accelerate development of its full-stack AI music ecosystem — including its flagship Suno Studio workstation, its v5 generative music model, and new professional and social tools for creators.
3. Nativo - Strategic Acquisition
Life360 has agreed to acquire ad-tech platform Nativo for approximately $120 million in cash and stock, expanding its ability to deliver targeted, privacy-safe advertising to families both inside and outside the Life360 app. The deal accelerates Life360’s advertising roadmap by integrating Nativo’s full ad-tech stack, publisher network, and sales infrastructure, enabling a full-funnel platform that combines Life360’s real-world family and location insights with Nativo’s contextual, non-interruptive ad formats. The transaction is expected to close in January 2026.
4. Ero’s Film, Music and AI Asset - Asset Purchase
Eros Innovation raised $150 million through a combination of new funding and strategic acquisitions to accelerate its evolution into an AI-driven media and entertainment platform. The capital and acquired assets — including an immersive studio and a $97 million IP portfolio — will expand its AI infrastructure, content capabilities, and foundation-model ecosystem.
Eros Innovation secured $150 million through a $50 million investment led by Plenitude Capital and roughly $100 million in acquisitions of film, music, and AI assets. The capital will accelerate development of its Eros GenAI platform and expand the company’s IP catalog, immersive production capabilities, and AI-driven media ecosystem.
6. FluentStream - Strategic Acquisition
Ooma will acquire FluentStream for approximately $45 million in cash, expanding its SMB-focused cloud communications portfolio. The deal is expected to be immediately accretive to adjusted EBITDA and non-GAAP EPS, with FluentStream contributing $24–25 million in revenue and $9.5–10.5 million in EBITDA annually.
Agentio raised a $40 million Series B led by Forerunner, valuing the AI-native creator advertising platform at $340 million. The funding will accelerate global expansion of its automated infrastructure that enables brands to scale creator-led ad campaigns and shift more digital ad spend to creators.
8. Phone.Com - Strategic Acquisition
Ooma will acquire Phone.com for approximately $23.2 million in cash, expanding its SMB-focused cloud communications portfolio. Phone.com is expected to contribute $22–23 million in revenue and $1–1.5 million in EBITDA annually, with the deal becoming accretive to Ooma’s adjusted EBITDA and non-GAAP EPS upon closing.
9. Impresa Group - Strategic Acquisition
MFE–MediaForEurope has acquired a 32.9% minority stake in Portuguese media group Impresa, expanding its footprint across the Iberian Peninsula and strengthening its European media presence. The investment establishes a long-term partnership with the Balsemão family and will immediately kick off collaboration in advertising sales and digital platform development.
Automat raised a $15.5 million Series A led by Felicis, bringing total funding to $19.25 million. The company will use the capital to scale its AI-agent automation platform, offering a modern alternative to legacy RPA tools by enabling enterprises to create reliable, scalable automations simply by demonstrating their workflows.
