StepStone Real Estate closed SREP V with $3.77B in primary commitments. Allied Industrial Partners closed its debut fund at a $300M hard cap. 92 Capital launched a €350M nuclear energy fund. FPV Ventures closed Fund II with $525M. EFM and Sojitz announced a $200M climate-smart forestry fund. eQ Asset and RCP Advisors raised $168M for eQ PE XVII US. Volution and SBI Investment launched a $100M fintech and AI fund. Coinbase launched a Bitcoin Yield Fund targeting 4%-8% net annual returns.
