London-based private equity firm Pantheon has captured $2.4B in commitments to date for its Pantheon Senior Debt Secondaries III, halfway to its approximately $4.2B target per the fund’s Form D filing.
The initial raised amount is a significant increase of 184% from its predecessor Fund II, which closed with $834M, according to data from a Secondaries Investor report. In an October 18 amended Form D filing, the fund said it had logged nearly $1.2B in raised capital, already surpassing the Fund II amount in its 2022 final close.
As of March 31, Pantheon said it manages $67B in discretionary AUM across its 12 global offices.
