Munich-based alternatives asset manager Golding Capital Partners announced the final close on its Private Debt Co-Investment 2021 fund with €165M (approximately $180M) in capital commitments.
In an October 10 press release, Golding said the ninth-generation private credit fund will seek 20 to 25 co-investments in senior secured loans to European medium-sized companies across broadly diversified sectors. It added that it expects to launch a successor in 2025.
