Allocators remain active across infrastructure, private equity, and asset allocation shifts. Arkansas TRS committed $226M across five funds including AxInfra NA II, KKR Core Infrastructure, and two Franklin Park VC vehicles. LA Water & Power is reviewing a proposed 50% infrastructure allocation in its real return sleeve. Imperial County ERS reduced core fixed income from 27% to 22%, reallocating to TIPS and cash. Texas CDRS invested $100M in Sky Leasing Fund VI, and Border to Coast made £80M in UK-focused investments.

RIA & Wealth Channel News

Advisory transitions remained strong. Former LPL advisor Scott Bloom launched WEalthetic in San Diego. Stifel added $4B AUM from B. Riley. In Utah, ex-Drive Wealth advisors launched Exponent Wealth. Sam Johnson joined Gresham Partners from Loyola University Chicago, and Endeavor Advisors added two new partners from Northern Trust.

Private Fund News

Private fund managers continue to raise capital across sectors. a16z is targeting a $20B AI fund, and Blackstone closed its largest European RE fund at €9.8B. Other closes include Halo Experience ($1B), Campbell Global ($1.5B timberland), Taurus Fund III, RCP Advisors ($994M), and Carbon Equity (€105M). Also notable are new raises from Lerer Hippeau ($200M) and KSL Capital ($1.44B).
