503 Capital Partners is looking to raise $250M for the 503 Capital Partners Tax Exempt Credit Opportunities Fund IV.
The fund commenced sales on December 1 and has thus far secured $13.7M in investments from 16 investors, according to a December 13 filing with the SEC. 503 Capital set the minimum investment amount at $250K.
503 Capital is a private credit company based in Leawood, KS. It finances lower middle-market, asset-backed projects primarily in the education, senior living, and waste transition sectors.
