The Frederick County Employees’ Retirement System has selected three managers for their U.S. Equity Manager searches according to minutes from the June 11th Committee meeting.
For the U.S. Large Cap Value manager search, the committee selected to replace the current manager, BlackRock Equity Dividend with Vanguard Equity Income.
For the U.S. Large Cap Growth manager search, the board approved replacing current manager T. Rowe Price Growth Stock with JP Morgan Large Cap Growth. AB Large Cap Growth was also considered for the opinion.
Furthermore, the committee reviewed submissions for the U.S. Small Cap Growth managers search and ultimately motioned to replace current manager Emerald Growth with Wasatch Core Growth.
As of June 7, 2024, the pension system was valued at approximately $1 billion.
