Zlata Gleason is a Partner and Head of Client Advisory for Indus Capital, overseeing the Firm’s business development and client relations and the team supporting these efforts. Prior to re-joining Indus Capital in September 2021, Ms. Gleason worked in the Investor Relations Group at Lone Pine Capital. Before moving to Lone Pine Capital in 2020, she was a Director of Client Relations at Senator Investment Group. Ms. Gleason worked at Indus Capital as a partner and a member of the Client Advisory Group from 2011-2017. She started her career at Morgan Stanley where she worked in Prime Brokerage and Equity Derivatives departments in New York and London between 2003-2011.
Ms. Gleason, a CFA charterholder, graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A. in Economics and German Language and Literature. She is a member of the boards at Concordia Conservatory, Bosana Foundation and Investment Community Board of City Year New York. Ms. Gleason is fluent in Serbo-Croatian, Turkish and German, and conversational in Spanish.
