Wealth Enhancement Acquires Ohio's $82M Danison & Associates

Wealth Enhancement announced the acquisition of Columbus, OH-based Danison & Associates, adding $82M in client assets in a deal that closed on December 31, marking the firm’s 20th acquisition of 2024.

Founded in 1997, Danison & Associates is a four-member team led by Dean and Tracey Danison. The firm specializes in wealth management and financial planning, serving both individuals and small businesses.

Danison & Associates is Wealth Enhancement’s first location in the Greater Columbus area and follows closely on its acquisition of Boston-based hybrid RIA Scribner Team, which added $111M in AUM, as reported by Dakota on January 7.
