Treehouse Wealth Acquires $284M San Francisco RIA Humphreys Group

Treehouse Wealth Advisors, a Walnut Creek, CA-based women-led wealth management firm, announced that it has made a strategic acquisition of San Francisco-based The Humphreys Group, a women-owned RIA managing $283.6M in client assets.

This acquisition expands Treehouse Wealth’s presence in the Bay Area, and the firm plans to integrate Humphreys’ ESG and events-related initiatives. The transaction featured an all-women M&A ensemble with Beyond AUM founder Gretchen Halpin representing Humphreys and female attorneys representing both Treehouse and Humphreys.

The merged organizations will adopt the Treehouse Wealth Advisors name following completion of the transaction.
