The Spokane Employees’ Retirement System has concluded two fixed income searches.
Loomis Sayles Core-Plus Fund was selected for the Total Return Fixed Income Manager search. Sterling Total Return is the other Total Return manager which will remain in the portfolio.
For the High Yield Bond Fund search, the BlackRock High Yield fund was selected. The account will be funded with approximately $6 million from the existing High Yield manager, Hotchkis & Wiley. Hotchkis & Wiley will remain in the portfolio.
The Retirement System’s consultant, Hyas Group, assisted with the searches.
