MLGW Pension Fund Approves Core Fixed Income Search

The Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division Pension Fund has approved a search for an opportunistic core fixed income manager.

According to meeting minutes from the March 15 board meeting, staff raised concerns on the current performance of Xponance.

Xponance managed approximately $40 million for the pension fund in their Differentiated Income strategy

Investment consultant, CBIZ, will assist with the search.
