The Teachers Retirement System of Louisiana puts Voya Mid Cap Value on the watch list. 

The Voya account was valued at approximately $357 million as of August 31, 2022. 

The $24.5 billion Teachers’ Retirement System allocates approximately 23.3% to domestic equities.
