Kestra Lures $1.4B South Florida Team from B. Riley

Austin, TX-based wealth management platform Kestra Financial has added a 31-person team from B. Riley Wealth Management, where they serviced $1.4B in client assets.

In an October 29 press release, Kestra said the Wealth Empowerment Financial Strategies team brings three decades of industry experience, led by Senior Managing Director and founder Eric Lyon and Senior Managing Director Tom Holly. The group specializes in estate planning, 401k, and cash balance strategies, operating out of Boca Raton, FL.

According to Kestra, the firm supports over 1,700 financial professionals managing approximately $103B in assets.
