Contra Costa County Employees Retirement Association (ERS) made a commitment of $60M to a Jadian Capital private real estate fund, according to recently published materials from its September 25 board meeting.
Jadian Capital Real Estate Fund II is a closed-end value-add real estate vehicle focusing on industrial properties, including storage facilities and airplane hangars. The fund has a target of $800M in capital commitments.
Contra Costa County ERS has a current allocation of 5.1% in private real estate equity against a policy target of 5%, according to information from the pension’s consultant, Verus.
